– WHY ISN’T YOUR ADDRESS LISTED?
Exotic Motorwerks, Inc. is a private, non-retail business. We do not have a commercial location and therefore, do not accept “walk-in” business. Our shop is located in a residential area of North Phoenix with very easy access to the 51 Parkway and Greenway Road.

– HOW DO I GET TO YOUR SHOP?
When we have set up an appointment for your vehicle we will send the details by email along with a map.

– CAN YOU GIVE ME A RIDE BACK TO WORK?
Sure! We offer shuttle service if you need it. We also provide free pick up and delivery.

– CAN I WAIT FOR MY CAR?
At this time we do not have a waiting area. If you have scheduled a short service, such as an oil service, we will run you over to Starbucks and buy you a cup of coffee while you wait.

– DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?
Absolutely! We are a “by appointment only” business. In this way, we can make sure that we focus on one car at time and, provided parts are available, we can get you in and out as quickly as possible.

– DO I HAVE TO HAVE A REFERRAL?
Yes. Currently we are only accepting new customers by referral only. All you need to do is let us know who sent you. If you are a Porsche club member then we will accept that as a referral.

– WHY DO I HAVE TO HAVE A REFERRAL?
Because we have the greatest customers on the planet we know that they know best when it comes to meeting new customers.

– DO YOU WORK ON ALL PORSCHE MODELS?
Yes, we have the capacity to work on any and all Porsche models. However, at this time we are not accepting any new 356 or 914 customers for 2008. We will begin to accept new 356 and 914 customers beginning January 2009.
